Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

• Processing Time: 1–2 business days
• International Shipping: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available after dispatch.

Customs & Import Duties

Incorrect Shipping Information
