How It Works

Five minutes a day. Five levels. Start gentle.

Stiff ankles and tight calves creep up quietly — years of sitting, driving and supportive shoes. Then one day getting down to the floor, or the first few steps in the morning, feel harder than they should. You've probably tried the wall stretch. Flat ground can only take your ankle so far.

The Allayo Incline Board gives you the angle flat ground can't. Stand on it, rest a hand on the bench, and let gravity do the work — about as long as the coffee takes.

In every box: the board · 2 resistance bands · a printed training guide (16 exercises, basic to advanced) · free US shipping.

Feel a difference in 30 days, or your money back. Use it daily for a month. If you don't feel a difference, send it back for a full refund.

Five levels, from gentle to deep. Level 1 is your starting point. Level 5 is for deep work — and doubles as a heel-elevated squat platform if you lift.

Fair warning: even Level 1 feels like a real stretch on day one. Hold the bench, keep it short, come back tomorrow. It eases off fast.

Built to be stood on. Layered plywood on a steel hinge, twin grip surface, four anti-slip pads underneath. Supports up to 300 lb.

Folds flat. Slides under the couch or behind a door. Lifts with one hand.

FAQ

Is it too steep if I'm not very flexible?
Start on Level 1 and work up only when you're ready. Being straight with you: even Level 1 feels like a real stretch the first time, especially if your calves and ankles are tight. That's normal. Hold a wall or the back of a chair, keep the first sessions short, and most people find it eases within a week.

What should I wear on my feet?
Barefoot or in shoes. Avoid socks — they slide on the grip surface, and you want your feet planted.

Will it slide on hardwood or tile?
No. Four anti-slip pads on the base grip the floor, and it stays put on hardwood, tile and carpet alike.

Will it hold my weight?
It supports up to 300 lb.

Which level should I start on?
Level 1, the shallowest setting. Most people settle around Levels 2 and 3 after a couple of weeks. Levels 4 and 5 are there for deeper work and squats when you're ready for them.

Do I need to put it together?
No. It arrives ready to use — unfold it, pick your level, step on.

I don't know which exercises to do.
Every board comes with a printed training guide: 16 illustrated exercises sorted from basic to advanced, with hold times. Stretches, lunges, squats, balance work and band exercises, all on one sheet you can keep beside the board.

How much space does it need?
It's 16" × 12" and folds flat to 1.42". It slides under a couch, a desk or a bed, and lifts with one hand by the built-in handle.

Why not just stretch against a wall?

Because the angle is wrong, the hold is too short, and you'll stop doing it by Thursday.

  Wall Stretch

Precise, repeatable angle every time

Gets the lower calf a wall stretch misses

Progressive — gets harder as you improve

Stand on it while the coffee brews

Doubles as a squat platform if you lift

Gravity does the work — no pushing or leaning

The angle your floor can't give you.

Flat ground only ever asks your ankle for one thing. An incline asks for more — a controlled heel-below-toe position that works the calf at the end of its range.  It's the same simple principle behind a decades-old stretch — in a layered plywood board you can leave by the couch.

  • While the coffee brews

First steps of the day feel stiff? Stand on it while the coffee's on. Hold the bench, breathe, and you're done before the pot is.
    Start at Level 1

  • Between calls

Sitting most of the day? Keep it under the desk and step on for a few minutes between meetings.
    Levels 1–3

  • Before you train

Chasing squat depth? A few minutes on the board before you lift, then turn around and use it for heel-elevated squats.
    Levels 3–5

  • During the game

Leave it by the couch. Step on during the ad breaks with one hand on the armrest. The game's on, the stretch is done.

FAQs

How long until I notice anything?

Most people feel the stretch working within the first week, and mornings tend to be the first thing that changes. Meaningful range takes consistency — a few minutes most days for a month beats one long session a week.

I'm not flexible / I'm older. Will this work for me?

That's exactly what the five levels are for. Start at Level 1 (around 20°) and move up only when you're ready.

Being straight with you: even Level 1 feels like a real stretch the first time — that's the board doing its job. Hold a wall, keep it short, and most people find it eases within a week.

How big is it, and where do I keep it?

It measures 16" x 12" x 1.42" folded and weighs 5.84 lbs, supporting up to 300 lb. It folds flat and lifts with one hand, so it slides under a couch, a desk or a bed and stays within reach.

How fast does it ship?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days, with free shipping. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships, so you can follow it the whole way. Delivery estimates can vary with your location, customs, and peak periods.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Every board is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Use it daily for a month — if you don't feel a difference, send it back for a full refund. No hassle.
